Ordering Quick Guide - How to order from Merlin Metals

At Merlin Metals we have a large range of metals & finishes to choose from. After confirming a finish from any samples we send. Simply let us know what you need such as panel lengths and quantities, flashings, underlay etc. and the delivery address so we can compile a quotation.

Before an order can be booked into the production queue it is crucial that all details are checked and confirmed by the customer.

This involves checking key dimensions, confirming any flashing drawings, and verifying quantities to ensure the order is error free.

When you are happy all order details are correct, we then issue a proforma invoice with our bank details on.

Once paid the order will progress up the production queque.

A week or two after payment we provide a provisonal despatch date.

Once your order has been delivered, it's essential to check the goods immediately and report any damage to the driver before they leave.

Photo evidence is required to process any damage claims.If additional materials are needed later—due to under-ordering or site issues such as on site damage—additonal orders may be subject to the current lead time.

We always do our best to dispatch extras quickly to minimise disruption to your build. Fortunately, the vast majority of deliveries arrive in perfect condition, thanks to careful packing and a detailed ordering process designed to avoid errors from the start.
