Self Build: STS Panels® are ideal for simple projects. Training is recommended for more complex design elements or for TSS Panels®.
Materials: Greencoat PLX Pural BT, Greencoat S280, Roofinox, Aurubis Copper, Traditional Textures, Mazzonetto
Profiles: STS Panels®: 25mm x 425mm (min pitch 7°), 38mm x 386mm (min pitch 3°); TSS Panels®: 25mm x 530mm (min pitch 3°)
Full System: Can be supplied with flashings, rainwater goods, and ancillaries.
Lead Times: 2–4 weeks non-peak times.
Considerations: Must be fully supported with 18mm Ply or OSB3.

STS Panels® & TSS Panels® - From Merlin Metals

Our Primary Products, are STS Panels® and TSS Panels® and related components. These are both types of raised seam metal roofing and wall cladding. Snap together seam or traditional standng seam to suit pitches as low as 3 degrees ( 38mm STS Panels®)

Extensive Material Selection. STS Panels® and TSS Panels® are available in a wide range of materials and finishes. Note: Zinc is exclusively available in TSS Panels®.
Installing Advice. Basic install advice is provided and class based training courses are available.
Ordering Assistance. Merlin Metals strive to make the ordering process as simple as possible.
Short Lead Times. As a made in the UK product STS Panels® and TSS Panels® are often available with short lead times 2-3 weeks.
